Talks especially designed for groups interested in further understanding and improving Mental Health and emotional wellness. Facilitating a positive understanding of Mental Health and addressing their specific challenges and their impact, focusing on developing management strategies.

Facilitating discussions between parties in dispute, in a safe and neutral environment  with a view to bringing about a possible agreement or alternatively an acceptance of different positions going forward.
